Genesys "route-thru-queue"

Hi,

Anyone got Genesys 7 TServer option "route-thru-queue=true" working on Avaya G3v8.4?

Ngj,

Make sure DAC (direct agent call)is turnned on everywhere the call would touch... CTI link COR, VDN COR, Hunt COR, Station COR's etc...

Works in v11...I don't know about 8.4.

Station cor didn't have DAC enabled.

Always thought that LoginID properties would overwrite the Station's. LoginID COR had DAC 'y'.

Works now.

Logging in does do that. However Genesys delivers the call to the... in Genesys speak "DN" or extension of the agent. Not the actual agent ID. So the properties of the extension are in play. Avaya Agent ID's in a Genesys MCSG environment are just used for agent state information off of the monitored hunt group lead extension.
