Generic Host Process

Hello...

I get a message on my machine that says : " Generic Host for Win32 Services has encountered a Problem and needs to Close".

When this happens all incoming data from the web stops. Itdoesnt say that I'm disconnected from the web , but any data ( like real time stock quotes ) just stop coming in.

I usually have to shut the machine down and restart it for it to work properly again. Any help ?

What does the Event viewer show in detail?
