generating report zeros coming out

We have an sql server that contains our data. We use VB to create programs. We use crystal for reports. We use access as local db.

Problem:

Our VB gets data from sql server from our database server in the network. Then, VB sends the data to local access mdb before crystal gets it from access then thats it.

Problem is there are computers that when the crystal report generates, the values are zero whereas some computers are working fine.

We just have one VB project version and installation package.

Please help.

We do the same thing here but do not currently have this problem. Is everyone using the same OS? Same version of Crystal? Same version of Access? Is it a single shared access db? If it is then maybe someone is running another instance of the app that perhaps clears the db before populating it and that is at the same time that Crystal is accessing the data (doubtfull but possible)? Have you looked at the access db to see if there is data in it or not? I would look at the paths to the db first. Hope I helped a little.
