Generate Database Exclude Tables

Is there anyway to have Visio generate my schema of tables, but tell it to exclude some of those tables?

Some background: I'm working with a large GP database and creating a small set of tables that work with it. I want to be able to show the GP tables in my schema, but I obviously dont want to create them (as they already exist)?

Please tell me if I'm approaching this wrong as its my very first time generating a database from enterprise architect.
