General Mailbox

I haver a receptionist and her physical ectenion is 1504. What is best practice to set up a general mailbox that she can check and also allow herto use her mailbox on ext 1504 for personal greetings?
 
I never heard off a receptionist to let her calls go to voicemail on the day.
Only at night you set the station to voicemail.
Make a shortcode like
2504
"#receptionist"
0
Voicemail

Make a button callforward all destination 2504.
Now all calls go directly to her mailbox.

Mostly i use a huntgroup with Queing on for the receptionist. And set a Nightfallback to a group with Voicemail on.

Basically call will ring the receptionist first and then hit auto attd during the day. They will have a zero out option from the attd to ring back to the receptionist. It;s overkill, but that is how the customer wanted it. At night, the calls ring straight to auto attd but the zero out option is to leave a message in the "general mailbox. I may actually create a "ghost" mailbox and just set the receptionist to have a source number for the ghost mailbox that will trigger her Message Waiting Light.

Basically, I just need to make sure her extension has personal voicemail and the "general Mailbox" will pop on a light in case there is a message.
