GDM, VISD service, NetBackup Information Server

I am setting up GDM,notice that VISD service is not running and can not be started.

I am quite sure that I have the license as indicate that "Unlimited Feature" until next month.

Anyone can help?

I'm having a very similar problem. Did you get this resolved? If so, how?

My information was that there are no evaluation for this feature.
