I need to pull information from a Microsoft Outlook form and insert it into a table within access, the Outlook designed form has designated fields which match to the ones held within the tables....

I would like the code to run as an autoexec connect to a mailbox within Outlook and download the data from each mail looping through.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I am rather busy, but I can point you in the right direction. Here is a link to the Microsoft help topic on referring to fields within Outlook 2000 (you didn't indicate which version of Outlook you are using).
I suspect that you want to work with the MailItem object. This Microsoft document may also be helpful:

Thanks for the pointers however the above code is gathering from a contacts folder as opposed to an inbox, I realise that it will just be a case of amending the code but not sure how to do this.

I need to connect to a mailbox and attach onto a form designed mail containing the following fields,

Name
Address
CISac#
AssociatedMPAN
Fuel
SSD
Telephone#

Hope someone can asssist.

Hi,
I am still a bit confused about this Outlook form you keep referring to. Exactly which form is this? Who created it?
You also mentioned that you want to loop through each mail item. Here is a link to a Microsoft page: Scroll all the way down until you see a paragraph called Using Items("This is the subject")

HTH, Randy

I've looked at the code on these pages but with no luck you may notice that they are designed primarly for gathering contacts.

What I need to do is go into an email which has been created in design view (they look identical to a Access form, with individual fields etc) I need to extract the data straight from the Outlook field and dump it into the Access field.
