Gathering 4 or 7 serial links

Is there any way to gather # number of serial E1 interfaces and make them act as if they were a single?
--I currently have 4 E1 links and might add 2 more E1
links.

Would Multilink PPP help? Samples? Warnings?
Another way of doing this? Or static route balancing through them, but each would have its own ip addres, wouldn't it?

Hope you can help, considering an E3 is out of the question, at least at this point. Please keep that in mind.

Yes,

You can create a multilink group and put all E1s into the same group to do load balancing. The ip address is applied to multilink interface, so all interface can share the same address.

Any configuration guide sample? Perhaps using 2 modems on each end.
