Fellow Geeks,
In the past two weeks I have had two clients bring me Gateway Essential computers, one an 866 and the other an 1100. Neither had any power what-so-ever so I ordered a new power supply. This did not change anything, still no power. The odds of seeing my first two Gateway Essentials “Dell man myself” with the very same problem within a week of each other would, I think suggest a common thread. I was just wondering if anyone else had seen this occur and what methods were employed to send a working computer back home with its happy family.
Any information on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Shawn
