I have started a new thread because my question about my computer changed after I recieved some very helpful replies to the original post. I hope I am asking the right question and posting the relevant information this time.:)

These are some of the specs I found for my computer:
Zif Socket 370 Pin SPGA supporting a CPU with 66/100/133 Mhz
Front Side Bus
Intel 815EP (Solano 3) Chipset
Intel Kitty Hawk
Celeron R1
1195 Mhz

Then I found that these CPU's will work on it:
P3 Coppermine 500E - 1.13 Ghz
P3 Coppermine T 866 - 1.13 Ghz
P3 Tualatin 1.0B - 1.33 Ghz
Celeron Mendocino 300A - 533 Mhz
Celeron Coppermine 128 500A - 1.1 Ghz
Celeron Tualatine 900 - 1.4 Ghz

So my question now is:
Would there be any benefit to changing the CPU to one of these on the list? And if so which one and why?
I appreciate any help!

P3 tualatin 1.4 is the fastest cpu made for pentium 3 mobos they can be expensive I have only ever seen some on ebay and they sold over 200(Aust dollars)and these were imported from the USA good luck
