I am working with a gantt chart to show a breakdown of the various constituencies each person in our database is in (and the corresponding date ranges). One of these codes is "Board Member." Some of our board members are on the board for, say, 2 years, then off for one year, then back on. Is there a way to make this show up as one line on the gantt chart rather than a separate line for each occurrence of being on the board? Please advise.
