On a G700 there are two Ethernet ports situated at the centre and bottom of the front of the unit.
I have only ever used the first port in previous installations and am wondering if that second port can be used for resilience?
If so, do you need to assign the interface an address or will you be able to connect to the stack, mgp, voip with the addresses already configured.
Also if you have an S8300 LSP in this configuration, does the services ethernet port have to be connected to the LAN in order to connect to the LSP or can you access the interface via one of the two afore mentioned interfaces?
Cheers,
Ben
