define a node-name for the LSP ("change node-names ip")
add it. "add survivable [node-name]"
usually this would be done after you have defined a new location ("change location"), and also defined the ip-network-regions ("change ip-network-region x", and also defined the ip-network-map to map the IP phones from that location to an IP-Network-Region/Location.
Of course you will need to define trunk groups for that locations PRI's or POTS lines, and define and "ars location" as well as "routes" for that location as well.
