G430 Alarm LED lit

Hello,

Anyone know how to clear the alarm LED on a G430.

CURRENT ACTIVE FAULTS
No Fault Messages

CURRENT ALARM INDICATION, ALM LED is ON
+ SYNC Primary fault


However I have cleared the sync problem, hence the no fault messages above.


However, the ALM LED is still on.

Any ideas how to resolve this?

Was there a T1 card in this gateway that has been removed? You might look at 'show sync source'.

If you have removed ds1 circuit, you may need to clear sync interface primary and secondary
and
set sync source local

show sync timing
clear sync interface primary
clear sync interface secondary
set sync interface primary
set sync interface secondary
set sync source primary
set sync source secondary
set sync source local
set sync switching disable
set sync switching enable
