G3si Audix Issue (VM Huntgroup busy)

im trying to resolve and issue on some old kit im not familiar with
G3si r9 . 122
Slim Audix

calls cover to h99 7099 which is set up as audix hunt group with 5 members (audix vm members)

if you ring 7099 you get busy
but if you ring the members you get a different message than usual "please use your touch keypad to enter the number of the station you would like to leave a message for" (or something similar)

this is the same if i turn the VM just to a normal group instead of Audix.

The voicemail is up but clearly not working as it should.

any suggestions

Busy / relase of boards did not clear, Reboot of Audix did not clear, reset links did not clear.

Ping test shows traffic between Audix & CM but link state is DOWN.

Any suggestions?

The ethernet link between the Definity and Audix is not working. Start looking for obvious problems there (cables unplugged, etc...)
 
Hi wmainc i was providing technical support on this remotly but eventually the customer told me about network issues that they was having then all became clear.

sorted now thanks
