I have a large quantity of G350's that were installed about 2.5 years ago. I have been keeping up pretty much with the firmware upgrades to them as required. I went to down load the latest fw 27.26.0 and noticed that the requirement is for the HW version on the G350 to be 1. I really had not paid much attention to this as the G350's are only a couple of years old, but I checked and mine are HW 0

Did Avaya pawn off some old gateways on me 2 years ago and will these run the new FW?

g350_sw_27_26_0.bin is only needed for CM5, you should probably stay with g350_sw_26_36_0.bin or below, unless you are going to have CM5, then you probably need to buy new G350's in that case.

g350_sw_26_36_0.bin requires HW version 1 also,,,,

Ok, so you are probably stuck with a lower vintage then.
it's not an issue, unless you upgrade to a newer version of CM, such as CM4 or CM5

so what fw version should I be running on my G350's? I have 25.33.0 running on most but when you look at the read me file it says HW version 1.
