I have a customer that has a location about 30 miles out of town. Today we get him local dialtone with a "grand-fathered" FX service. We need to add more lines. We have considered RCF but the customer wants FX dialtone. Could I have the local telco supply a PRI to a local closet connect to a small 0 x 32 and then rent a T-1 from that closet to the our of town location? Could I simply pass the calls from the PRI to the T-1? Could I still have DID? Any other suggestions?

If I read the correcly you can install a PRI with DID and have centrex options to transfer off prem to the other locations.
