I inquired earlier about forwarding an Attendant Console to 2nd Att console (They answer different trunk groups)
I spoke to Avaya and they suggested using a hunt grp where the cov path rings to the one attendant(Day) and the night service(Night) rings to another hunt grp which fwds to a cov path that fwds to 2nd attendant. The Day service works fine. (Yes, someday there will be a circle ring that doesn't end!)
My question is how do I get the Night service enabled for the hunt grp?
What is affected if I hit the night service button?
The trunk group or the hunt group or some other setting in the attendant?
Or is it a FAC that I need to define?
Thanks
Jim
