I've used the ones from a company called Laser Pros, and they seem to be as good physically as the OEM's, However, the problem with failure when replacing these was not with the quality of the sleeves. The failure was a result of the lubricant that is used between the heating element and the sleeve. Of all the ones we've tried, all of which claimed to be high temp, became gummy. This caused the sleeve not to rotate, thus causing jams at the fuser. I wish you luck if you try and replace the sleeves yourself. And if you find a lubricant that doesn't get gummy, I'd love to hear about it. I had returned to clients sites numerous times to "fix" the fusers that we decided to replace the sleeves. We came the the descission to not rebuild them any longer, and just buy genuine HP Fusers.
