hi all
what is the function of E&M card and application?

is used for private circuits, such as AC15 or E&M, (stands for Earth & Mouth).

AC15 / E&M are 4 wire or 6 wire circuits.

They were a cheap way to talk between offices, untill the price of DPNSS came down

E&M boards can also be used with radio paging equipment.
