Full outer join option is disabled all the time!

Hi,

I use Cr10 , Oracle 9i.

I'm trying to link two tables and I want to use fullouter join. But, this option is disabled all the time and I don't know why!!

I didn't get the information I'm looking for. Actually I want to use Full outer join option as I need to get data from both the tables even if the where condition fails!!
