Have you tried contacting the vendor? They should have plenty of experience with those conflicts.
You may also want to post this in the desktop forums. Unless you are sure Fujistu is it.
In the meantime, you could try to isolate the problem by systematically and progressively running Fujitsu with those other applications. You may be able to identify the likely suspects; or are you saying that Fujitsu will not run with SharpDesk - copier, scanner,fax,printer and VersaCheck - check printer? If so, which one of your software is new to the machine - which started to show the problems?
