FTP'ing on PSION's

Having found a helpfull class to provide an FTP connection at I have tested this class with more than just the example provided and success when connection via my modem from my laptop.

The problems start when connecting from a PSION device where I get a 425 error code "Can't build data connection: Connection timed out.", or on my laptop via my network connected to the web I get again a 425 error but with the text of "Can't build data connection: Connection refused.".

Can somebody point me in the right direction PLEASE?
