FTP SITE

I am looking to create an ftp site, I am new to this and wish to have user names only able to open certain folders.  How do I create this or are there any sites to do this Plus how do I create those user names.

You have to install IIS4 or IIS5. Then you have to configure it (there are a lot of manuals).
Important - users have to liggin on this server LOCALY.

Use FTP server-U from deerfield.com. Its much simpler and better than IIS for multiple FTP sites.
