FTP Server problem!

I forget to disable anaymous access to FTP server, and someone try to hack into this FTP server and create one very strange directory, which is very deep and some folder name is like " df1234 " and I can not deleted these folder.

FTP server is Microsoft FTP 5.0

Any idea

I get into dos mode, and get short format name with dir /x
and then invoke del command with short file or folder name.
