FTP Server on Windows 98

What would be the best method for transfering large amounts of files between two offices on the same network but different domains. The server doesn't allow for much storage so one of our machines which is running 98 has about 80GB we have been copying the files over back and forth but was wondering if FTPing them would be better or what could be an alternative.

Globalscpae makes a nice ftp server, not sure if it runs on 98. It costs about $350 US.
