FTP question..

My question is regarding how my FTP site looks and adding more features to it. My site is on the Intranet so security is not a problem. What I want is for people to easily search and upload files to my FTP site. At the time, I have it so users can copy and paste (doesn't work for NT). Problem is I need it to work for NT machines and I need the upload process to be cleaner than just copying and pasting. Thanks ahead for any info.

FTP server running on NT 4.0 with IIS
