FTP access error

Hey all,

I have setup a Win2k server (SP3) as an FTP server (for WAN testing purposes) and it works fine for downloading, but when I try to upload anything I get a "550 Access denied" error. I gave myself full access to the folder on the server and shared the folder to me with full access. Everything I find on the Microsoft web site says that the 550 error is due to a problem with permissions. So how do I assign full permission to someone?

In the FTP Property (under IIS and Computer Management), goto the Home Directory and check Read and Write persmission.
