FSB resetting?

In an attempt to overclock still further i set my FSB to 250mhz, now it wont post and i cant get into the bios to change it again, what do i do to reset it to default 200 ?

try taking out the CMOS battery and waiting about 5 minutes for the trickle charge to dissipate, also make sure you unplug the power cord while this. then replace the battery, and you should be able to get into BIOS to change settings. Their should be a jumper on the board to reset the settings in BIOS (you'll need the board documentation.

For future reference, you may want to overclock in increments, or baby steps, instead of jumping 20 or 30MHz at a time.

If the motherboard or any attached component rejects the setting, you won't be able to access your BIOS without resetting it. And of course, I'm sure you know all the other risks involved in overclocking!
