Frontpage and Forms not working

I am getting the error Frontpage Exstensions not loaded..
How do I get them loaded. Some say just publish the page..That doesn't seem to do the trick.
I am running NT sp6a with Frontpage 2000. IIS 4.0

Mudflap, you haven't mentioned too much in your description, the obvious question that must be asked, does your ISP support Frontpage Server Extentions and are they switched on?
