when the outside caller is in the AA of the BCM400 and presses an extension on the BCM50, the caller hears one ring then the message "you have entered an invalid extension" which the BCM400 is playing then returns to the CCR. i checked the monitor on the 50 and the call is not being presented. extension to extension w/n the two BCM's are working fine.

Enabled network transfer on Callpilot for both BCM
targets lines are ok and also routing table on ip trunks so BCM to BCM is ok. remote access package includes IP and PSTN trunk pool.
