Is there a way that I can change a display of a from field?

I need to send a marketing e-mail to our customers (Not spam) and the BOSS wants the from NOT to be a user....

Then you need to add the email addresses for you marketing email to the "BCC" field (Blind Carbon Copy). This way when the email gets sent no one will be able to view who is in the From field.

you got it wrong.

It would always show who the e-mail is coming from.

Not who the e-mail is sent to. (I am a ware of the BCC option)

erm, mail-enable and then send as a public folder ?
Or create a new user with called "Marketing Email"

Sorry for that. I guess I have never heard of this request (Removing the From field from an email message).

I know about the new user option.

Isn't there any other way to maybe mask the From field.
Have it display a different name when it hits customers outlook?
