I cant believe exchange 2003 and outlook doesnt have FROM: for an alias added to an exchange user account?

I want to send FROM accounts@domain.name, but exchange keeps referring to the GAL and resolving to my primary name?

Any suggestion or ideas? :)
Hope you can help! Cheers

Create a User called accounts with the accounts@ address, and give yourself the appropriate permissions ?

sorry i should have been more specific. I dont want to create an additonal mail box, as an SPLA partner we have to charge clients on a per mailbox / named user basis.

we wont the facility to enable a client to have 1 mailbox, many aliases, and the ability to send or pretend to becoming from any of those added aliases...

thanks for the suggestion though

How about using distribution groups for the aliases and give the user account permission to send as the DG?
