Freezing

I have 2K advanced on a small network as an App server. It keeps freezing for no reason. There is no apparent pattern, it can run and work for days or just be idle and just freeze. I have, checked for conflicts and driver problems and found none. I have set my MB to use 100 instead of 133 hoping that the Memory or Chip were not actually up to that speed but no luck. Any help or advice would be appreciated.
it is an AMD 1.4 with 20 GB HD and 512 MB of ram. It is just a small segment that does not do much but it is frustrating.

Anything revealed in the event logs?

Can you term service in from another pc ok while the machine appears frozen at the console?

No I cannot, I was just in the Server avia the MMC TSAC and it locked up, with only a webpage open. I am still lost with what could be causing it.

I would try replacing the processor or the memory. Sounds like a hardware problem.
