free legal software to restore a .TIB file??

Hi,

http://www.nortel.com

have released a number of .TIB files for their bcm50/bcm450 Hard disk images.

I've tried Acronis True Image Home 2011 trial version, which does restore them successfully. The trial version has now expired. Does anyone know of FREE software that can be used to restore them?
