Free Debug software

Greeting to everybody and wish you all a wonderfull Mery Christmas and happiness on your New Year.

I would like to ask the board if there is any VB Script free debug software out there? I am running this program and it does not give me any error, but does not run either, so I am trying to see if I check my program ( specially the logic part of it) if there is any problem with the codeing.

I have no idea why it is not running. I tried to run it from command line to see if I get error or something, but nothing is happend.
