Frame Relay is very simple to setup and configure given your in the position to oversee everything from the T1 install to the provisioning of the circuit. I work on Frame-Relay everyday and I have thought of writing a book myself.
Here are some steps to follow during and installion
1= When is the circuit to be installed and turned up ?
2= Has the provisioning been done? ie Speed, lmi type etc.
3= Wan and Lan ip addresses.
4= Is there a server or a firewall installed?
Is there a static route on the server that needs to
be added?
5= Am I using static routes or a routing protocol? ( rip,rip
ver 2, igrp,and or eigrp.
6= Are you running tcp/ip or ipx?

Thanks for the link to the info on the Cisco site, I tried to find that, but no dice. Their site isn't very friendly, in my opinion.
Also thanks for the run down, I am kind of stepping into an existing situation and have limited access to knowledge about the frame. But will ask all the question to the access provider. And im not the sysadmin, just the lucky fellow who has actully worked with Cisco routers a bit before.
