FPW 2.6a Close Boxes in Windows 98

Even though they have always been there, they have never worked.
You can double click the icon (Fox) in the upper left-hand corner, single click and choose CLOSE, use Ctrl+F4, or execute a RELEASE WINDOW ... statment.
