Foxpro Ver 9 - nothing is printing

Hi All,

My client claims that Foxpro Ver 9 is installed on a machine (not just runtime) & nothing is printing. I will be on site to check-it-out in a day, can anyone give me some area's that i should check for/at. As per suggestion I verified that the 3 _reportxxxx memory variables are properly initialized. As far as I know, the reports are not printing at any other printer in the office. Other software (Word etc.) IS printing from that machine. I intend to reinstall Foxpro as-a-starter. I will appreciate any idea's. Thank You

My first question would be whether this is a new problem on a machine that used to work or a fresh install that never worked at all.

After that, does printing work at all from other apps? (Word, Notepad)

Are the print jobs showing up in the print queue? Does he just have the queue paused?

There are a million variables here.

The printing was working & then stopped (what if anything was newly installed at that time i will try to find out, chances are that i will be told 'nothing'). It does work from other applications. I will check the que!

Hi all again....the systems has just informed me...that the problem has been resolved & it was NOT related to Foxpro, there was 'a corruption in the user name'.
