Foxpro 3, Windows ME and the RUN! command

I can never get Fox3 to RUN! and external app. I get "RUN! command failed". Is there some setup in CONFIG.FPW or FOXRUN.pif? Thanks.

Wrong Forum, but when you repost, makwe sure you include more information. Is it a Windows program, or a DOS app? Is this 3.0 or 3.0b? How much memory on the workstation? etc.
