Forwarding to ACD

I am trying to be able to allow calls to be forwarded from our in room dining 3903 to an ACD where guests can choose from a list of external phone numbers. If I dial the ACD DN everything is fine. If I try to forward a call to the DN I get a fast busy right after I push the done button. What am I missing?

might wanna post your question under the cs1000 forum to get a better answer. did u look into ld 23? what is your ncfw set for?
