Forwarding Rule Stops

Has anyone heard of a rule which is set to forward all incoming messages to another Exchange email address stop working.

I have seen a lot of querky things happening. A few people's forwards stop when certain people email them, and others stop when their Out of Office is set.

They are using Outlook 2002 and Exchange 2000.

Check to make sure of the heiarchy of your rules. It may be that one is taking precedence of another.

Yes. There is one inparticular person that is havine a lot of problems with this. I made absolutely sure that she has the rule set in the rule wizard and when she sets her out of office, she does not set the rule for her out of office. I double checked.
