Forwarding Over SIP

Hi can anyone help with this issue,

I have an IP500 4.2(20) using Sip (voiceflex) when forwarding a call to a Mobile number the mobile rings and when you answer the call no voice path is there.

When looking at system status all the codecs seem to match but i cant seem to figure this one out.

Its a voiceflex issue to do with NAT on their routers. You need to do something with pairing the ports on the router so it allows the calls to forward back out. I did have a doc to explain it but can't find it now.

Try Port Mapping the RDP Port to the IP Office Private LAN interface, this has worked for me in the past.
