I don't quite recall how to set up forwarding on our companies main tele# (npa-nxx-2100) so it forwards along until somebody answers it.
I know how to set the FDN parameter on a set. For instance, most phone ports here are set to FDN 4989 (which is voicemail). So, "forward on no answer to voicemail", which is common.
What I'm trying to do is this: If the main # is not answered then it forwards to person X, if x does not answer, it forwards to person y, if y does not answer it forwards to person z.
How can I implement that without disturbing my "forward on no answer to voicemail (x4989)" setting? See where I'm stuck?
