How can i setup an account to forward a copy of all messages sent and recieved to another account? Is this possible?

Thanks
Will

You can easily set it up to forward any message sent to a mailbox to another mailbox or even both mailboxes. You first need to set up a new mail enabled contact in active directory for the user. I made a separate folder just for the contacts. This will create a seperate email account for someone. In Active Directory, go to the user account and select Exchange General\Dilivery Options\. Select the option you want and point to the new mail enabled contact.

Hope this helps

Sent wont be forwarded, only incoming mail...

It can be sent to both the contact and the main mailbox if the "send to both" box is checked. It is only for incoming mail.

We've implemented a solution to your question which results in every mail sent or received within Exchange being dumped to an archive server in .eml (Outlook Expres) format.

If this is what you're trying to do, then drop me an e-mail and I'll send you the configuration details.
