We run Exchange 5.5, can these e-mails be accessed via another ISP. I am using outlook as the client on a machine in another country, and want to pick up emails stored on my server, without having to log on.

Exchange requires authentication.

Without having to log on would require a rule on Outlook to forward your Exchange email to another email service.

The downsides to forwarding email to another service:
1) Your Exchange server may not allow auto-reply to the internet - this is required to forward mail to a service outside the Exchange organization.

2) Most email services set mailbox quotas - if autoreply is allowed at Exchange, and you exceed the quota on the email service, a mail loop would result.

yessh, I'd hate to say it, Exchange OWA.... then it's simple a matter of pointing your web browser to the web site to retrieve your mail.
