An employee in our QA department just retired and a new employee has taken his place. The new guy has a different extension number. I would like to forward all of the former employee's calls to the new guy's extension. This can be done with forwarding or a coverage path. However, I would like to have it so that all the calls go into the new guys voicemail box if there is no answer. Can this be done?
