Forwarding Calls 1

An employee in our QA department just retired and a new employee has taken his place. The new guy has a different extension number. I would like to forward all of the former employee's calls to the new guy's extension. This can be done with forwarding or a coverage path. However, I would like to have it so that all the calls go into the new guys voicemail box if there is no answer. Can this be done?

In the Intuity, cha sub "new-guy" and place the "old-guy" extension in Secondary Ext field. Remove the "old-guy" as a subscriber, and make sure "new-guy" isn't using fax (on page 2 of subcriber screen) and the call should follow the "old-guys" coverage path, and land in the "new-guys" voicemail box.

Its a little cryptic~
