We are migrating from our Nortell system to a VOIP system. Verizon Sales will not return my calls so I can forward my PRI lines to the new numbers. Is there a way to forward my external DID calls to an external number? All of the phones have been replaced on the desks and the wireing has been changed so I will need to do this from the CPPM. This will only be a temporary solution until Verizon can get their act together and call me so I can purchase the PRI numbers directly.

Thanks for the help!

Forward your PRI lines to the new numbers? I don't understand. You have 2 separate systems running on seperate PRIs and you want to move the DIDs from one PRI to the other?

No, our old system is a Nortell, our new system is a VOIP system hosted offsite. I need to have any calls coming into the old DID's to be forwarded to the new numbers.

Maybe someone knows and easier way, but you could forward each phone externally to the new number. You would have to do a CFXA in CLS and then RCF the phones. The bad thing is this would tie up 2 B channels for every 1 call and you would have to change the CFW for all phones.

Well, I needed to get this done fast, so I ended up paying Verizon $20 per line to forward to my new VOIP company until the numbers get ported over, thanks for the responses
