Hi,Is it possible on Option81, to make a diversion of calls to other extension on another telephone set?
Is there any feature code on Nortel to do this?

Ezample: my extension is 1000 and i 'm not at my desk and i see an extension 1500 on other desk and
I want to forward calls that come to 1000, to extension 2000
on telephone set ext:1500

PS: I've general PBX info and do not have administrator know-how.

Regards

Yes you can, there is a feature called remote call forward. You need to have the RCFW class of service allowed on YOUR phone and know the feature code and station controlled password.

i've never found a cls mark rcfw...

look at your ffc's in ld 57, prt ffc code rcfa, then print the phone you want to forward.. if has to have cfa and a scpw.. from any station dial the rcfa code then the scpw, then the dn of the phone, then the forward to dest #.. (i had to use it yesterday due to a line side t1 being down)
